Aging: 8 months in second passage French barriques

Eco of ruby red color with purple hues, it has pleasant notes of sweet spices, accompanied by aromas of red fruits, cherries and currants. The tannic texture is graceful, it passes through a good structure and a good acidity, which make the wine harmonious and balanced.

Pairings: it goes well with local dishes, but also with international or imaginative cuisines; it is ideal from appetizers to all the most diverse courses.
